All products are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada to anywhere in Canada or the USA. Our shipping rates are inclusive of taxes, duties and customs charges; however, in the event of a dispute with freight companies or government authorities, we will not be held responsible for delays or confiscation of products.
Due to the varied and constantly changing regulations for different geographical areas, residents of each state or province are responsible for determining if our products meet local, regional and federal regulations. No refunds or returns will be accepted for shipments refused or confiscated. Please make sure the products you purchase are legal for use in your region. Also many of our products are intended for professional or contractor customers. As such where applicable the buyer warrants that they have sufficient experience and training to use these products safely.
All Canadian shipments are subject to the taxes imposed by each individual province.
All orders shipped to the USA must be under $800.00 USD per day, per individual. This allows us to qualify for the de minimis exemption included in the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015. In other words, US customers will pay only the shipping charges with no duties, taxes or customs fees.
We guarantee the freight rate and delivery times quoted at checkout, but reserve the right to use an alternate shipping method should we choose.
FREE OR FLAT RATE FREIGHT
Free or Flat Rate freight is provided on a best effort basis. Some shipping locations may be very remote or some items my be excessively heavy or bulky, resulting in unusually high freight rates. We do our best to anticipate this however we reserve the right to cancel orders where the freight rates are unusually high. If we need to do this we will always inform the you and provide the best possible options to get you your order quicky and cost effectively.
